The staff were VERY helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the location was excellent. I could easily walk to all the major attractions. my quadruple room was spacious enough for our group and luggage.
The air conditioning was not working efficiently. the breakfast options were limited, and some items seemed stale. the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep. I could hear EVERYTHING.

The location was really central. That was a definite plus.
The room felt a bit tired. the shower was oddly high, i found it difficult to get in and out safely, and the lack of warm blankets wasn't great for the cooler evenings. There was no soap in the shower either, so i had to use shampoo. this all made it less comfortable than i hoped.
